We started at the Princeton Junior School in the 3-year old program, and immediately fell in love with the school. Our son's class size varied from 7-12 children, allowing for a tremendous amount of individualized attention. Having moved on, we miss the sense of community which includes the entire family in the school community.

Princeton Junior School is a wonderful school to begin your child's education. The class sizes are very small (prek - 6/1, Kindergarden - 8/1 and 1st - 5th = 14/1). The arts are incorporated into all learning and children are encouraged to be very creative. Spanish classes begin in the pre-kindergarden 4 year old class and continues through the 5th grade. The teachers are very nurturing and all always available to discuss any concerns you may have. They provide an afterschool program for children who need to stay past the normal school day. Parent involvement is very high at this school, there are a number of PTA sponsered functions throughout the year and class parents are also requested. The only negative with the school is that they do not have a cafeteria and do not provide lunch. You will have to pack your child's lunch everyday.
