This is the first time I have seen this website about Eisenhower. I have been teaching there for 11 years, and I have never seen such dedicated teachers. They work late, call/email parents regularly, and will do pretty much anything to help the kids become successful. Eisenhower has been a TAKS recognized campus for many, many years. I would never want to work anywhere else.

We just moved out of the school district. I myself was a student at Eisenhower 22 years ago. Now 22 years later my son has been attending here for K & 1st grades. In K they told us 2 weeks before school was out that he was behind on his reading and wasn't ready for 1st grade. We spent the entire summer tutoring to get him caught up, and he was ready and has done great with reading this year. This school doesn't cater to nor are they interested in teaching boys that are high energy or that may require more that what is considered normal. The teachers and leaders are lacking a passion for teaching, and really caring about students.

This is my child's 1st year at Eisenhower and he has been blessed with an exceptional teacher. We have been very impressed with the staff as well. the Principal, Assistant Principal and Librarian are incredibly dedicated to their work and the children always come first. The staff emphasizes personal accountability to the children which has greatly impressed us. We had been seriously considering sending our child to a private school prior to this year, but had several friend in the area give good reviews of Eisenhower so we decided to try it out and have been pleased with that decision thusfar.
