Our 3 children have always gone to CCS. Our daughter graduated in 2006 and has a very successful career. Our sons are in high school. Everything at CCS is centered around God and helping us to raise our children to grow and seek God's will in their lives. The education is excellent, the staff honestly loves our children and is there for them in and out of the classrooms. Our sports program is growing strong and the school spirit is great among the students, parents, and faculty. Is our school perfect? No and there are none out there that are, but we have a Pastor and Principal and teachers who strive to solve problems wisely and quickly and are always there for the parents and students. I feel absolutely safe with our school. Every year, I see new improvements. I do not regret one penny I have spent in sending them here. Our family truly loves CCS. It has been such a blessing to all of us and I would recommend this school to anyone :)
We have had a great experience with CCS this year. This is my sons first year and he comes from public schools. We worried about his transition and we found that it was easy for him. Everyone made him feel welcome and have done what they could to help him.
Calvary Christian School is truly a great school. The teachers are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Students will be taught a biblical world view. The costs are very fair given the top notch education the student receives. Every year the average test scores for Calvary dwarf the North Carolina average test scores as well as the nationwide scores. I strongly recommend this school.
I would give Calvary more stars but considering the problems I have had this year with teachers, poor management of the school system, and also my biggest problem is I pay an outrageous amount of tuition and I feel my child does not get enough one on one time with the teacher therefore my child is not meeting up to what would be my standard of knowlage. I believe that if I pay as much as I do for this education then my child should be getting the best. I regret to give them only a one star.
