I whole heartedly agree that the teachers are only out for one thing. Look at the turnover rate at this small school. It shoudn't be that way.
Many of the teachers are caring and helpful, some are not. The office staff is quite rude to parents unless they know you well. But they do enjoy the students and treat them nicely.
