1 review of this school
The 2003-04 school year found my wife extremely involved in a host of Arcadia's activities, bringing her (and I to a lesser degree) into close contact with many of Arcadia's teachers, administrators and support personnel. Our child had the privilege of being in a class taught by Ms. Val Baker, a wonderful person obviously committed to all of her students as evidenced both by her manner and singular approach. Teaching is likely a term understating her approach to education, particularly given the adeptness she presented day in, day out. She and this occupation are a perfect match. While all governmental operations tend to have problems, my wife and I found Arcadia committed to the educational process and its improvement, simultaneously keeping from shortchanging their students. To us decisions seemed always to be made by first recalling the raison d'etre for Arcadia-the kids. A wonderful educational experience for our child. Thanks to everyone at Arcadia.
