We have a child in 1st grade and a child in Pre-Kindergarten at Good Shepherd. Our children have flourished at the school. The school has a welcoming community that has embraced us as parents as well as our children. It fosters a well-rounded education. Between the academic programs, extra-curricular activities, faith community and community outreach our children are becoming well-rounded, well-adjusted citizens of our community. The school is large enough that you get a broad diversity of cultures and experiences but small enough to get individual attention from the excellent teachers and administration. The Principal is very forward thinking and truly has an ear to the students and parents. The best interest of the school and the students is at the forefront of every decision he makes. We love Good Shepherd and more importantly so do our children.

Our kids love, love, love school and we can't say enough great things about Good Shepherd. My kindergartner started the school year resistant to learning letter names and sounds, but three months later and she's already reading books on her own. The kindergarten teacher is excellent and nicely balances strong academics with classroom fun. She is patient, organized, and loving and has made my kid excited about learning and unwilling to miss a day of school. Affordable academic and values-based education in a nurturing family environment with high parent involvement and dedicated staff. It's a no brainer!

we are a new family to good shepherd school this year and really enjoying the huge community parent support and high energy teachers. my children have merged nicely in to the classrooms and meeting many great students and their families.the school fosters a strong buddy program and it is wonderful to have the option to play school competitive sports in 5th grd too!
