Hmmm...good question. Of course we would not want anyone that belongs to a satanic cult and has a blog about it teaching our children. If the teacher has the ability to seperate personal ideas and issues, then it should not be a problem. What about

Teachers have a right to privacy. Teachers need to be given the ability to focus on just teaching students and not having to worry about all this nonsense...just like Parents need to take more responsibility for their own kids

I am annoyed that teachers communicate with kids on facebook or similar sights. Normally, I would say that it is not anyone's business. I think if kids have access to the teqchers blogs, teachers need to keep it mild. Or use a fake name.

Teachers have a right to privacy just like everyone else. Unless it has a detrimental affect in the way our children are taught then their private life is none of our business.

No,my bussiness is where my children are concerned @ school..their (teachers) actions and the way they conduct themselves @ school in the presence of my children and all others attending the school, is where it begins to be my business as well.

NO. I don't care what they do with their personal lives as long as it does not affect my child's well being, or educations. However if they choice to post discusting stuff for the whold world to see they are only hurtin their own rep's & poss.jobs

Teachers have a right to their privacy. Many teachers cross the professional line by "needing" the friendship of their students and parents. It's not appropriate and blurs the authority line considerably
