Jasper Middle School has a rich tradition steeped in loyalty and pride. Being in the school and community, you can see the majority of the teachers are former students. This speaks volumes for the level of loyalty the teachers have for the community and students. Students are well-behaved and are often leaders later in life. The community is fortunate to have a school that cares for its students like Jasper Middle School does.

This school is awesome. The teachers really care for the students and want them to succeed. Mrs. McEntyre is a strong leader with her eyes on the future.

The comment from the parent posted on August 26. 2003 was in regard to the former principal, Jerry McNabb. Mrs. Headrick became principal in 2004.

I think Jasper Middle School is an excellent school mostly because of the principal. The students are taught manners, they learn to follow rules and they are rewarded for their efforts which makes the students try harder.
