One of the best schools around. The principal and vice-principal are very welcoming and friendly. Also very helpful. Teachers have been phenomenal. I could not ask for better teachers. I know, which is one of the main reason I love Seymour Primary, my son is taken care of. They have his best interest at heart. My only complaint would be more challenges for the higher level kids. I'm afraid sometimes they get fogotten with the no child left behind stuff. Thanks though Seymour Primary--you are the best.

My child is at this school and has a remarkable year. Not only are the administrators a joy to be around, but also the teachers are remarkable. I could not ask for my child to be in a better environment while getting an awesome education! Thanks, Angela

I give this school 5 stars! The teachers are very sweet and I feel at complete ease whenI drop my child off in the mornings, I know he is being watched carefully and I would recommend this school for anyone looking to move to move to Seymour, TN.

they have alot of political favoritism. I moved my child to porter and was very surprised because porter is ahead of Seymour and now my child is playing catch up

We sent our last child off to k this year.We have 4 kids spread out at seymour schools and they all love their school and teachers. Middle school has been my least favorite so far. I am going to miss the primary school and all the staff. Our k 's teacher is the same one our two girls had and she is the best!. I would never have wanted my children to have went anywhere else. All the teachers love their students and it shows, believe me parents are watching. Parents are encouraged to be a part of this school. Thank you seymour primary for the love and time you put in my children. We all will never forget it. We love you all, the musick family

Seymour Primary School is a good school. There have been changes this year that have caused parent envovment to drop drastically. The teachers are great they know how to handle situations without anyone getting hurt. Overall I think it's a good school.

Great school for academics. I wish they had more involved music classes, Spanish classes and a busier physical education class. My daughter and nephew attended K-2 and I was very pleased with the education they received. I would gladly send another child of mine there.

Seymour Primary is a school with children at the forefront. Their focus on responsibility and character in addition to the basics are impeccable. The staff are friendler and more courteous than the staff at other Sevier county schools we I have been to (I work w/schools constantly). Seymour is the best community in america to raise children. The education is top notch. There of course are a few teachers to avoid, but this is true at any school and should be researched out by parents prior to starting their child in a new school. Parent involvement is at the highest level I have ever heard of.. my estimate would be 85-90% of parents do something with teh class at some point during the year. Extracurricular activities could be better, and it would be nice to see more athletics teams in the elementary school system in sevier county.

Seymour Primary School is a wonderful place for children to start their journey. This is the only school we have been a part of and we love it. The teachers are the best! They listen with love and teach with pride. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have after school programs, lots of parent volunteers, and a wholesome atmosphere. This school loves parent involvement and most parents love that. I hope this helps. We love this place and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
