Me and my brother and sister have gone to this school since kinder. Now my nephew is going there. He is in the 4th grade and is doing excellent. I have seen how the principal is with the students. She is loving and caring and knows everyone by there name. The teachers are great. They are so nice and outgoing. I have not run into any teacher who has been disrespectful to any students or parents. The have their extracurricular activities which are terrific for the kids. And as for parent involvement there is quite of bit of parents involve which is awesome. I have volunteered for trips and school activities which the staff of Salazar has always been grateful and nice. Salazar is the best school I know of in Alice, TX. I can tell you on thing, my daughter will definitely be going there. That's for sure!

Four of my grandchildren have attended Salazar. The teachers and principal know the children's names and they also know who picks every child after school. Safety always comes first at Salazar. The children at Salazar enjoy a lot of educational field trips. These help and encourage better hands-on learning activities. Another strength at Salazar is parental involvement.
