I have children that attend this school. When my oldest child start here in pre school I was very pleased with the staff. They seemed very helpful and compasionate. Having a child that is disabled brings me to the school very frequently. The staff seems to get worse every year. They want disabled children in their schools for the extra funding; however I don't feel they like the added responsibility that comes with caring for these children. Anahuac has a large number of disabled children. There are no other local schools for these kids to attend. The other parents of disabled children that I know in our area all have simular complaints. If your child is not able or interested in participating in athletic extra curricular activities than there is nothing for them.
I believe that my child is getting a good education from this school. The teachers are open to any suggests and help. The environment is easy for the children there and I am very happy with the school all in all.
