They need stronger pick up rules for the children. Anyone could walk away with a younger child with the disorganization that takes place when the younger children are walked out of class.
The staff at Bell Manor is outstanding - I know my child is receiving top notch education and the care that she deserves!
By the time my third child leaves for junior high after the 2008-2009 school year my wife and i will have been involved with this school for 15 years. The staff has always been amazing. The level of commitment from the principal, teachers and all of the support staff is simply amazing. Great school!
This Is The Best school ever I started 7th grade last year (2007) and I was heartbroken that I had to leave my childhood memories with others to share. I had alot of friends that were teachers and we all had a blast. This is the #1 school to send your child to
This is by far one of the best schools my children have ever attended. The ladies in the office are so nice and always made me feel welcome every time I would go to the office. The principle and Asst principle are both wonderful, they are always walking the halls and are actually involved with students, parents and teaching staff. The teachers are just awesome! I have 3 children that went to Bell Manor and two of them had to be in resource classes and the resource teachers they had were great, my kids went from hating math and reading to loving it. This is an excellent school.
My child has had a great time at this school, the teachers are wonderful, and always call if there are any problems.
I have to agree witht he review from September 2004. I advised everyone involved with my child that she has difficulty adjusting and has some emotional challenges. The information was not communicated, and she has been basically isolated from her classmates for most of her two years there. Additionally, there is not one on one assistance provided in areas that present academic challenges.
This school has been a huge disappointment. If you fall in line and don t complain you won t have any problems but try to explain that your child needs extra attention because they are gifted or have learning issues, then be ready for administrative difficulties, resistance and the implications that you are the problem and not them. This is clearly from the top on down. If you have expections you will be disappointed, if you don't you will just fine. There are a few great teachers if you're lucky to get them.
