I am very pleased with this school. My daughters' 1st and 2nd grade teachers are very responsive, acedemically challenging, and use a variety of teaching techniques while incorporating current world/local events. For my second grader, the homework load took some scheduling on my part, but has paid off tremendously in her achievement. This school provides free after school tutoring on a regular basis along with transportation for attendees. The principle and staff are proactive communicators, visible, and readily available. I was very pleased with the music department for the content and frequency of programs scheduled for parental viewing. The voluntary parent participation at this school is phenomenal for day-to-day, field trips, and celebrations within the classroom. It's everything you would expect from a small town school; small class rooms, individualized attention, stimulating projects and field trips, excellent parent participation, and an overall wonderful acedemic classroom. agenda.
