We sent our son to Sacred Heart for the 2009-2010 academic year for Kindergarten and were deeply disappointed. The curriculum is par at best and the staff leave much to be desired. It is my understanding that of 25 Kinder students last year, less than half have returned for first grade. The school may have been great at one time, but is clearly imploding.
Love it and the prices are cheap for private catholic schools.
I have 3 children going to school here. Academicly the teachers are very involved with each student to ensure that no one is left behind. The school also is active with the advanced academicly students. The school places extremely well at UIL compations. It is a warm, friendly, christian school. There are two big fund raisers and an endowment fund that keeps tuition low.
