I am currently enrolled at Med High. One day before winter started I sprung up a crazy idea to my parents: "Can I go to Med High?" I had a small idea about Med High, wanting to become a nurse in the medical field, I did all the research I could. I am a sophomore now as of August the twenty sixth. I am amazed at how independent the students are, it's amazing like a mini college. The work causes "sweat", it is a school that will make a difference in your life.

I'm Currently A Sophomore And I Have To Say Going To Med-high Is The Best Thing that has ever happend to me.! We Meet new people, learn about them and really interact with the outside world of med-high.! This school really benefits you in a way that many other schools dont.! For example: you can graduate with CPR certified and many other great certifications that many jobs today look for. and Teachers really are great, many people say med-high is hard but it really isnt, if you put your mind to work and dont procrastinate you'll Survive through med-high!, I Love The Med-High Family.! And Will Truly Miss It In 2 Years When I Graduate.! Oh And before i forget,! A Shout out to all my sophmore friends.! Especially Nadia Garcia.! My Bestest Friend.! Well, I hope i really encouraged some of u all reading this to caome to our campus and a feel for it.! And eventually Attend MED-HIGH.! :p

I would definately have to say Med-High truly prepares their students for college. I graduated from Med-High in 2003 and am currently attending Texas State University-San Marcos Texas. I can honestly say that Med High for me was a lot more challenging than college has been so far. The teachers are very effective in how they teach. They have high expectations of their students and give them space to be creative and involved in all sorts of things. Even though there aren't any sports they do give you an opportunity to participate in volunteer work for the community. And the best part is that you have friends all over the valley from different cultural backgrounds. It is truly a well rounded school with great teachers and staff. Students will only benefit from this experience that you can't get anywhere else. Students can truly reach their potential and be successful.

awesome school for any student to attend. very challenging and you learn a lot. you get to meet people from all over the rio grande valley, which really broadens your thinking and allows you to understand where everyone is coming from.

Hello, my daughter attends Med High because of the benefits it offers. This school is perfect for a bright student who wants to work in the health field. Of course, the curriculum is very challenging (she was getting straight A's in her regular schools, this is the first time she's recieved anything below). Academics is the most important thing in this school, there's not even any sports. If you have a bright child who wants a brighter future, I highly recommend this school.
