Mims Elementary School

I am very pleased with the dedication of teachers at Mims Elementary. My kids love to go there. They come home excited and share the daily activities and group projects they complete. The staff at Mims is friendly and the principal places student safety above all. Great school!

After relocating to Texas from out of state I had a large concern my daughter would not get the same quality of education here in South Texas. I have got to say Mims is the best. We have just moved into the Sharyland ISD and the school stats are scary to say the least.. I highly recommend Mims elementary to any parent relocating to RGV. Thanks for all your hard work, it really shows...

This school shines above all others. The teachers, support staff, and administration go above & beyond for their students. All the academic recognitions can back that up. National Blue Ribbon School, Exemplary, T-BEC awards, and recognized by Texas Monthly. Way to go Mims!

I have to say that Mims elementary School is a great school. Their academic record says so also. Plus getting a Blue Ribbon distinction last year is awesome!

Mims is an excellent school. Its teachers are the best with one teacher being recognized as the best. I,m also glad to know that my children had her as a teacher. Also this school has now offered to teach mariachi, the first elementary in the valley. I also have to say that this is a great turnout. I would rate Mims Elementary as one of the best schools.
