The only concern I have is when children are outside during recess or waiting for buses, the teachers seem to get into a small group and visit. The playground area is large and teachers need to spreadout to let students know they are being watched to prevent bad behaviors. This is most important while children are waiting for buses, because you have kindergarten through 6th graders in the same area.
