Loma Park Elementary is a solid school with great teachers that offer support and communicate effectively with their parents. They come to school with the best interest of their students in mind and strive to provide them with the highest quality of education and leadership possible.

I have one child attending Loma Park and we came from another elementary within the same district and things are so much different here at Loma Park. For one its so much bigger then the other elementary we came from. I see a lack of parent volunteer and a lack in teachers. I feel the other school had lots on volunteer and teachers were so much more energized and involved with the students. Again teachers need a little more involvement and have to have a little more faith in what they can do with this kids. We can't give up on the future...

I have had 3 children attend to this school. The spirit is high but unfortunately the Quality of academics is far from up to par. This begins at level of teacher and parent involvement, which I might add is the some of the poorest I have ever witnessed. There is very little effort on the staff of this school to get more parents involved, and a lack of communication as to the progress of the students. It is left unattended until a problem becomes too serious, rather then to nip it at the bud. I'd like to see more awareness on the teachers part to not only recognize problems but to assist in coming up with a solution and then follow through. This school as mentioned earlier is full of spirit and full of potential. It is time for that potential to be met.
