We have three children currently attending Shallowater and we have been very pleased with the teachers and their investment in our children's academic success. The Intermediate school is a fairly new building and very nice. I love being able to keep up with our children's progress online and it is great to live in a community like Shallowater where you know the teachers, you see them out around town, and your kids build personal relationships with them and look forward to each day of school. The schools have provided an excellent learning environment for our kids and I have no doubt that they are gaining an excellent academic foundation to build on the rest of their lives.

I love Shallowater Intermediate. One of my favorite things is being able to log on and check my childs work status. I know when papers are due and what her grades are on her subjects. I really like the music program and hope that it is expanded on to the Junior High and Senior High level. Right now it is not offered after Intermediate and that really bothers me.

I really don't know a lot about this school cause my daughter just started 3rd grade and from what I hear about this building it is fairly new and very clean and the teachers seem to be nice and caring. I went to open house and explored some of this building, but not all of it, but from what I saw, it is very nice and well built.

I taught in this school system for 23 years and I am so blessed to have done so. The children, parents, and teachers are outstanding. The students are smart and talented. The parents are supportive and interested. The teachers are motivated, nurturing, and professional. The building is nearly new, immaculate, and well-designed. Shallowater Intermediate is a superb place.
