I wish I could give a good review to this school as my husband and I got to know the teachers and principals, volunteered, helped with special events and did fundraising so we got to know so many of the staff well. But the fact is both our children and us as parents had terrible experiences at this school. Both girls have special learning needs and the school offered us poor services and did not listen to our concerns when we were worried about our child failing a grade. We had several teacher conferences and practically begged to have her tested but to no avail. My child did fail second grade and was not tested until that next year and was found to have a learning disability. We had a similar experience with out other child and had to bring a advocate before the school would listen to us. Our experience was so bad we moved just so we could switch schools. Even with all our involvement and investment out child still suffers the effects of having gone to elementary school here.

I am a parent of a little man who is eight and acts like he is 25. This year has been challenging for him in many ways and although he had a ruff start, he has excelled in more ways than one thanks to his teacher, even though he was not the only one in her class, she made me feel like he got all of her attention. I am not quite sure how she did it but she did.
