It is a wonderful school with wonderful staff. Being a Montessori Magnet School, the teacher really engage the student in active learning. It is also a school that does an excellent job of getting parents involved.

Acedemic programs for the Montessori are excellent. Each student is responsible for their work, behavior, and attitude toward the other children. The children learn they are in control of their behavior and how it effects other students. They learn how to get along well with other students and how to handle disagreements or confrontations with their classmates in positive and responsive ways. The teachers know how to make the children listen, be respectful, and follow directions in constructive ways. Each student is participates in a yearly play held at the Hippodrome as well as PTA meeting. I have also seen the young one who learn to play instruments there beautifully. Alot of parent stay involved in the events that happen around the school and there is alot of opportunity of meeting and making friends with the other parents. The birthday celebrations of life are very special to the children.
