Effective school leaders: Strongly disagree

- a
The principle and vice principle are inexperienced and have a very lax approach in handling students. Social issues and political correctness are more of a priority than student learning. There is no discipline and it's total chaos in the hallways - even while class is in session. The administrators are afraid to do anything about the students' behavior. Individual teachers, on the whole, are pretty good but get no backing from leadership; especially when it comes to behavioral issues.

There is no discipline and it's total chaos in the hallways - even while class is in session. Students are highly disrespectful. Individual teachers, on the whole, are pretty good but get no backing from leadership; especially when it comes to behavioral issues.

Teacher effectiveness: Neutral

Teachers have lost their say in the classroom when it comes to how they teach and how they manage the classroom. They are ruled by the administrators in the school and in the district.

Amount of homework: Strongly disagree

Academics take a backseat to sports here. Because athletics are priority (especially skiing), homework suffers as does a student's concern for learning.

The principle and vice principle are inexperienced and have a very lax approach in handling students. Social issues and political correctness are more of a priority than student learning. There is no discipline and it's total chaos in the hallways - even while class is in session The administrators kiss up to the rich parents in the district and are afraid to do anything about the students' behavior. Individual teachers, on the whole, are pretty good but get no backing from leadership; especially when it comes to behavioral issues. Also, academics take a backseat to sports here - in a big way!

Drugs, bullying, and burnt out teachers who have a 9-5 attitude with an exception of a few. The VP is a bully herself and her intimidating demeanor makes the school an unwelcoming place for any child. I will not be sending my children back to this school. Unfortunately, this is the only option in PC for a Jr High. I think it's time to lift its game and make some serious changes!

This school was awesome, but there was a few teacher problems. Most of the teachers are nice, and the students are a fun active nice group. The P.E. program is excellent and the academics is outstanding!

The school is called 'international' because we participate in the International Baccalaureate Program. What that basically means is that you do 10 hours of community service throughout the year and get a certificate at the end.
