I like bennion bc the students there are nice, I dont like the staff that much. Some kids are rude and the new vice principal (Mr Rice and Ms Bradlee) Mr. Horton is a great principal. The old vice prinicpal was great, (Ms. Bybee)

Last year my daughter was entering 7th grade and we were torn on where to go because the school near us wasn't what we wanted. In our search of the area we found Bennion Jr High. The academic scores were 20% higher in all subjects. The challenge a new school would bring was a hard decision but we couldn't have asked for a better school. A safer enviornment - just a great atmosphere for learning and growing through that awkward, difficult stage of Junior High.

A great school that actually teaches kids and gets their students active to get great test scores and to be the best they can be. I love this school and what it has done for my child.

A great school with teachers who care, an imaginative staff, and involved parents. Despite being tethered to the Granite behemoth, continues to be the best public choice on the west side of the valley.

I have had 3 children graduate from Bennion Jr. and 1 child in the school right now. The school seems to be a positive environment and my kids have had good experiences. Their is a healthy mixture of cultures. The teachers, administration and students seem to take pride in the school. I have spoken to parents outside of the boundary who are trying to get their children into the school. There are enough parents who take an interest in their children education to keep the scores respectable. The materialism that is common at this age doesn't seem to be as much of a problem as in some other schools. We are in a financial position to move almost anywhere in the valley and yet have chosen to stay where we are until our kids finish school.
