I am a student at Greenbrier.I have pretty much grown up at Greenbrier and I have loved every minute of it. Granted, I don't know anything different, but that's something I'm grateful for. These teachers are amazing. They truly care for you, and are always there to help if you need it. I am held accountable in my walk with Christ each and everyday. It is such an incredible experience to go to a school that is like a family, however cliche that may sound. I have friends and teachers that love the Lord and work to keep that the number one priority. Send your kids to Greenbrier. It will be well worth any cost to see your children growing spiritually, and challenged academically.

Greenbrier Christian Academy is a wonderful school with solid Christian values, dedicated teachers who care about the students, and excellent administration. My daughter has been there for 9 years and the experience has been absolutely great! The academic programs and sports programs are unparalleled when compared to similiar type and size schools. The teacher and parent envolvement in activities and their attention to issues of the school are absolutely amazing when compared to the public schools in the area (my wife, mother, cousin, and numerous friends work in the public school systems). I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a school who values their child's salvation and well as academic training. It is truely a light in today's bleak world of education institutions.

My daughter has been going to GCA from K-5 to 6th grade and it's been a blessing from God that I couldn't put a price on. We live 25 miles from GCA witch makes it a little difficult and we hope to move closer. Either or it doesn t matter, no sacrifice is to grate for the Godly centered education she receives. Thank you Lord Jesus. With Gods continued blessing, we will continue through 12th grade. Thank you for your time. God Bless. Go Gators.

My husband and I have two daughters that go to Greenbrier our oldest started out in 2nd grade and our youngest started right from kindergraten. We feel that they are getting a great education. Both the girls do well in school. The only down fall that we feel is that they don't have enough sports for the lower grades meaning 4th and 5th grades for the gator program that they have. Would be nice to see more parents involved with activities that the kids have going on during the school year and not see the same parents there. I know for a fact myself that we need more parents getting involved. I understand parents work but for one my husband works and he takes his lunch time and goes and volunteers for lunch he only feels that is right having our kids in GCA. It is a great school overall.

We left GCA this year to attend a local public school - our first experience with public school. The difference is incredible! I did not realize that we had really top rate, educated, caring and nuturing teachers and administrators. The work is challenging, but the students are adequately supported and guided toward success. The positive, structured environment honors Christ and others in a way that we miss dearly. After our experience at a 'great' public school we'll be going back to GCA next year.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.

What makes a great teacher? Study after study shows the single most important factor determining the quality of the education a child receives is the quality of his teacher. Here are some characteristics to look for »
