Crossfield Elementary School

My child is a current 1st grader, the teacher is great, she's sweet and kind. My only wish is that the curriculum was a little bit more challenging. My child is advanced but they don't tailor to advanced kids. School is very clean.

This is hands down the best elementary school there is. Teachers are great and there is low staff turnover. Kids are happy and learning. Loads of parental involvement. Couldn't be happier than to have my kids educated at crossfield!

Our first year at Crossfield has been a very positive experience. I am impressed with the administration team and the teachers. My daughter loves her classroom and teacher. Looking forward to next year!

We have been very happy with Crossfield Elementary. Our children had thrived there, and been happy and safe. We are very pleased with our experiences with this school, and we feel extremely fortunate to be in Fairfax County.

Phenomenal school in every aspect! The Principal and Vice-Principal are fantastic. The teachers are enthusiastic, love the children and have terrific resources at their fingertips. There is a ton of parent involvement in the classrooms and with the PTO. Crossfield has GRACE art that is parent led once a month where the children learn more in depth about a particular artist. Crossfield also offers Spanish, Science and Odyssey of the Mind during after school learning expansion. There is also a television broadcast led by the students. Crossfield also has a gifted and talented program. There is a lot more that I can't fit into this one space. All I can say is that we love Crossfield and know of families that are moving back to the area specifically for this school pyramid.
