I have three children at flatwoods i think its a terrific school. The principal and staff are wonderful .
In my experience, the principal was less than friendly last year... It feels as if there is some kind of code there-you either belong or you don't. However, that is small town politics at its best! If you are part of the good-old-boy network, you'll fit in fine.
We love Flatwoods. I have two children there, now ages 8 & 10. The faculty and staff are very commited and caring.
Eccellent school! 1st grade academics are beyond excellent. The teacher is prepared and works extra to help those in need. There could be more physcial education benfits for the students. However, I would give the school a rating of 99.99%. Very pleased parent
