Mullen Elementary is by far a great school! My daughter was in Mrs. DePollo's class last year (4th grade), and i wish everyday that she could teach 5th grade this year with my daughter in her class again. She went above and beyond for my kid, offering to spend time with her after school and on weekends, i could call her whenever i had a question about how my daughter was doing and she would always answer. Mrs. DePollo is by far the greatest teacher i've have ever met and she was the PERFECT match for my daughter who suffers from ADHD. Mullen is very lucky to have someone like her! :)

What I remember from Mullen E.S., was that there was ants in someone else's food. The luch staff didn't do anything about it! Also, there was expired cheese sauce for nachos. I can't believe they make us eat that stuff!

I think Mullen has some great activities for the students. My son is in the first grade so I really like the way his teacher organizes his work. However, the biggest problem I have with the school is the rudeness of the prinicipal. She is not professional in the way she talks to the students. She seems unhappy with her job so its hard sometimes to attend events because you have to listen to her mean remarks towards the children before an event.

I liked this school and environment that these teachers provide to our son. They where exceptionally caring and supportive for him they support our son to great results and I have to say it high lighted comparing to that fact that we just moved to US last summer and our son just started to learn english and studying with that same language. Special thanks to ESOL teachers Mrs Bernal and Mrs McGray
