Wonderful school with great teachers. It is a small school, but it really works to the benefit of the students. They are building a new school within the next year, so even more for the students will be available. Overall, I could not say enough good things about this school and what it has done for our daughter.

I was a student at QMHS for 2 years and it has changed since the last reviews were written. My experience at QMHS was "OK" but the school needs a few upgrades : 1. the school lunch needs to change(because the food there doesn't even look edible sometimes or taste good) 2.a few of the teachers are not as nice. 3.the Gossip and Profanity needs to be lowered down some. 4. More fundraisers-you'll know why the school needs more funds when you get there...! 5. the class reads have to be interesting books for the students to read(not something that makes you fall asleep when you get to the third page).6.the classrooms are too small. 7. there needs to be more time to get to your locker and in into the classroom by the bell(just saying) I have even asked several of my peers, while staying at QMHS, how much they like the school...their responses were mostly: "I hate this school,it sucks!" Eventhough I had to go to this school ,I still don't recommend it.!

I am a former student at QMHS and all I have to say is, QMHS is the greatest! It's had to be the best school I've been to and has really friendly people! The teachers are great too and its not too big so you get squished in the hall. I was there for all of my middle school years and loved it! Plus you get the advantage of in class help as the classes are small. For the first time I acutally liked school. The after school activities were great too. I wish I had never moved and really want to go back. And the most important part is knowing that I attended a blue ribbon school!

Even though this school does not have the advantage of a large school (funds). In numerous occasions, I have encountered positive feedback with the teacher student relationship. I have two children that attend Quantico Middle/High School and I see the difference in their attitude towards achieving their goals. I am comparing this to the last public school (off base) they attended.

We are not parents, we are students that actually go to Quantico Middle/High School. It is a very friendly atmoshpere, and everyone is really laid back, but not so laid back to where we don't learn anything. It is really nice to go to school with other military children who are going through the same stuff we are ,like our parents going off to war, and deployment all the time. We really love this school and hoope they don't shut it down.

QMHS is the best scholl I have ever gone to. THe teachers are open ever single day after school to help you suceed. THe school is set on block scheduling so you have 4 classes one day and 4 different classes the next day.(8 classes total) The teacher want the best for each student. The environment is very freindly and open to new people and welcoming back old students.
