I am Parent of student who is aspirant of getting addmission in this wonderful school.
I am a parent of a rising Junior. The school is fantastic because it is made up of spirited young people plus administrators, counselors, teachers and coaches that care about our future. Tucker is a school to be proud of!!!
I'm a current student here. I love it so much I am going into my Sophmore year of highschool. Freshman Year i met a lot of teachers through sports and clubs. They all made me feel so welcomed. There's one particular teacher that always makes me feel better when i am saddened or having rough time. He got me into school activities and made freshman year a breeze for me. He's always gonna be there for his kids he's absolutely one of the best teachers on campus. Mr.John Amoroso is the guy! He would always put his kids before him especially when a kid didnt have money for lunch or wasn't feeling good he would try his best to be there for them. I wouldnt wanna go to another high school i fit in here best with all the diversity and cultures that Tucker has to give. i love it so much. I say we really do have the most school spirit in the county! Go tigers!(:
Tucker is an amazing school. I am currently an honor/AP students and in love witht tucker. The teachers are wonderful. Most of them actually care about their students.
I went to Tucker my freshman year and I found it to be a great school. The teachers actually care about the students and the students are very accepting of eachother. I loved it there.
Tucker is an excellent school most people think it's a bad school but It really isn't. You can wear whatever you want and nobody makes fun of you or teases you and nobody cares. It's a wonderful place to be.
Currently I am a senior at Tucker High School and will truly miss this school when I leave for college. The past four years have been great and everyone has helped each other to grow and develop. My favorite teachers are at Tucker and so are the people I have met. Fights are everywhere and I believe that Tucker students are especially accepting of all people no matter how they are dressed or where they come from. Many do not believe students are smart or driven, but I believe Tucker students are especially driven because of this stereotype. I think it is wrong that people judge Tucker by its appearance or the small population of students that cause trouble (that can be found at any school). My experience could not have been greater at any other school
The faculty at Tucker really cares about the students. Most teachers are more like mentors to the students. The administration works hard to address even the smallest problems head-on, and the vast majority of students are driven and are actively involved in honors and AP classes, not to mention our Foreign Lanuage Immersion Program. I wouldn't want to teach at any other school in the county. I love it here!
I went to tucker for 2.5 years. In this time, I found it to be over crowded, unsafe, and an overall bad learning invironment. There were few decent teachers and even fewer good teachers. There were consistant fights, and constant problems that were eithor ignored or not dealt with properly by the administration.
Although Tucker has had it's downs (fights, etc.) it's a great school! Everyone is welcoming and nice. I feel very lucky to go to a great school like Tucker!
