I am a junior at BGHS and I love going to school. The teachers are challenging but they will help when needed. The administration is great! The academic programs help a lot for college and athletic programs are great. We have won three state championships in the past few years.

BGHS is the best school in Virginia. They have awesome athletics and awesome academics. They have excellent SAT and SOL Scores every year. Not only does every student outshine every other school in academics, but also most every student is involved in some extra carricular activity.

Buffalo Gap High school is an excellent rural high school with strong academics and wonderful athletic programs. My son transferred into the school his 10th grade year, and I credit the football program and Coach Maxwell, also some very caring teachers, to turning his academic future around. We used to worry about whether he would even graduate, and now, he is at University of Alabama. I cannot put into words how caring most of the teachers are, and extremely interested in each student and seeing them succeed.
