What is the point of school reviews???? In the last week, I, a parent at Mount Vernon Christian School, posted a review. The review provided areas in which our student has been racially discriminated, physically abused by students, and principals have ignored our presence at events while acknowledging other cacausion families right beside us. It's sad to see Mount Vernon Christian just deleted the overall review and totally ignore the problems that exist at the school. There is no Diversity at this school. Students racially discriminate students of other color, race, and culture. We don't reccomend families of other cultures to Mount Vernon Christian. Delete again, and, I, will post again. I understand the best way to solve issues is to problem solve and discuss. It's incorrect to just delete the review becuase it doesn't favor the school. This is a Christian school, don't just sweep the review under the rug. Don't put aside your families of other cultures. I'm writing this on behalf of different families with a diverse cultural background.
I am a current student at this school and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the best school ever with a great envirment the kids are great the teachers are great and the humor is great! My school Is the BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter started preschool here this year, and she came home learning so much. I can't believe how much they learn, and how wonderful the teachers are. The staff is very compationate and great with the kids. I visited many other preschools before choosing this one, and we found this to be the best environment, and the best place to start our daughter at. Everything felt exactly as it should.
My son attended here and now my daughter is attending. Wonderful school. Great environment for learning. Highly recommend Mt. Vernon Christian. My daughter loves the school and is learning great values and most of all she is learning about our loving saviour.
Excellent teachers, staff modeling the love of Jesus to the students! My daughter is in 4th grade and loves Mount Vernon Christian.
I started there in the beginning of my kindergarten year in 1989 then graduated my senior year of high school in 2002. The teachers seem very passionate and always willing to learn. God was always mentioned in every class and no teacher was ashamed to talk about God which is just what the school needed. I felt like I learned a lot from the teachers throughout all the years that I was there.
