Great school. The only thing that's lacking in this school is the incentives and awards for students who are really deserving and have outstanding performance in academics. Other than that its a great school and have excellent teachers.

Hi! my name is JP Fortaleza, I used to go to this school 1st and 2nd grade. But now I go to Stanwood Elem. 2 hours drive from Clear Creek. I thought I was going to Twin City Elem. I miss my friends name James, Alex, Cody and all my classmates and my teacher Mrs. Zieser.

I've been a practicum student at this school since Fall and all the teachers are wonderful and the students are respectful. I am hoping that I become a teacher there in the near future! All the teachers are there for the students and there to help them become life-long learners!

I started going to this school when I was in second grade, and since then, I have had wonderful teachers. They all helped me by getting me harder work since I'm in Venture Chronicle, and they helped me with all the work I found challenging at times. As I move onto CKJH this year in September, I will miss all my kind teachers and the staff of CC Elementary School.

My child loves Clear Creek. The music teacher is fabulous and really helped my child appreciate the arts. Her classroom teacher really works hard to challenge and make school enjoyable. He is a great teacher who communicates weekly. The school services many military families and appears to work hard to meet the unique needs this causes. The office staff has always greeted me warmly.

I have many issues with this school. No kids allowed to use the indoor halls going to class or from class. They are only allowed to use exterior doors to get to the classrooms. They make kids stand outside the school until 5 minutes before class, and even as much as it rains here, no umbrellas allowed. Also they pulled kids from established classes, a month into school to form a 'new class'. My child is not doing well in the new situation. The office staff often makes me feel as if I am an imposition when I am calling. Not a warm fuzzy administrative staff. Not very kid centric as a whole, but there are some fabulous teachers there. One of my kids is thriving, and the other we are struggling. Your experience will depend largely on the teacher your child has.

My children are in their 4th year at Clear Creek. The teachers are hit-or-miss. We've had many that are terrific.

This year was our first experience in a WA school, we moved here from CT. The schools are way behind in curriculliam. I asked about special reading programs and they looked at me like I was from another planet. My son had been in a special reading program that offered more one on one time as well as in the homework club which provided the same. We did come late into the year maybe that's why things seemed so lax. The classes where overcrowded. The staff where all very nice though, so I don't blame the school itself but the state for not giving enough funding for the extra teachers and programs.

I think that this school like all others you need to know what teacher to ask for! I was happy with ALMOST all my daughters teachers! Anyway, we are military and moved onto South Carolina and found both our girls were below average in every subject..but at Clear Creek they were at the top! They definitely have lower standards here!

I love the teachers/staff in this school but I do think the bullying policy is not as strictly enforced as it should be! Very hard to get parent involvement outside of the same small group of parents that are always there volunteering!

I love this school. The teachers are great and the kids like them. I love their reading programs and my kids have flourished at this school. The only thing I would have that is negative to say is in reference to the school bullying policy. We have had several encounters with bullies at this school and I think the consequences could be a little stricter to avoid this sort of behavior.

Clear Creek is a wonderful elementary school. Any child is lucky to attend such an enriching environment.

Cleer creek elementary is a great school. They also have a good progam call title 1 excellent teacher. My son was in Mr.Dan King class. He enjoy working with each child,to bring them up to standard excellent teacher he should have got teacher of the Year. If you have a young child that will be going to school in the fall get Mr.King. My son has learned so much. We have to move be fore we could finish out the rest of the school year but we tranfer to hawaii and my son was only in this school for 3 monthes and has made student of the month. Get invold in the class room with the teacher, there are all kinds of sport music, and activites. We'll miss this school if we move back to silverdale ,I will enroll my child back in the school.

Only 1 of the 3 teachers our child has had here has been available to students, compassionate, patient and kind. Students are not allowed to walk to their classes through the school - they must walk around the outside of the building regardless the weather. I've seen teachers lock their classroom door while it was pouring rain and kids were soaked to the bone. I've also seen a few 'shining stars' but sadly our child never was assigned to them.

Debbie Allensworth is amazing. I wish that she could teach my son all the way through college! She is so dedicated to the children. She is tough, fair and truly cares for each child. She gives the children individual attention. She caters learning to each childs level. I hope that everyone can see just how wonderful she truly is.
