Greenacres Middle School

I went to this school for 6th grade and I loved it! I was in the extended core classes and they were awesome! The teachers were so devoted to our education. They always had a creative approach to our subjects. I heard that the normal classes weren't the best, but my classes were great. Also, I can't say anything about 7th and 8th grade since I moved away. Still, the other two middle schools I went to are no where near the caliber of Greenacres' curriculum.

This is a school I'd avoid. The principal staff is only concerned about crowd control and not educating their students. You actually get reprimanded for being a high achiever. There are a few excellent teachers among the chaotic that make it somewhat tolerable though for a middle school student the atmosphere leaves not much to the desirable achievement.

It's a wonderfull and educational school to be at. I should know. I am a student there. The school teaches you not to bully, to be nice, and tell us an excelent amount of things we shouldn't do(ex: Do drugs, Drink achohol etc.) and they also tell us things we should do(ex:Be nice to others, how to be safe etc.). The teachers there are very nice, the way they teach makes it fun to learn. They make sure we understand the concept of learning, how to complete the homework, and they also help us as much as they can if we don't understand the problem. All in all, Greenacres Middle School (Home of the Bruins) is an excelent school to go to.

My child has had 3 great years at Greenacres. He went from a miserable elementary school year to 3 fantastic years a GMS. I recommend this school. Get your kids involved. They will love it!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with my daughter at Greenacres. Teachers are inconsistant with keeping on students with assignments and or contacting parents when problems arrise.
