Touchet Elementary & High School

Great small school. One of a kind. Great techer-student ratio.

Touchet School was an alright school however it was full of bias because being a small school. The school had good teaching ethics however they were severely lacking in the foreign language department. The staff are pleasant however when there was problems with bullying they did not seem to be very active. In all the school is alright, it is way better than WaHi but still there are better schools.

Touchet Schools are the best in Southeast Washington for making children (and their parents) feel at home in a family atmosphere. Classes and activities are personalized to the point where each student has significant opportunities to be directly involved, to experience success, and to develop confidence that translates into a positive self image. While some individuals may question whether or not (due to their size) Touchet Schools are large enough to be able to offer a comprehensive curriculum and/or well rounded programs, after having two of our children graduate from THS and experience diverse success in 'the big, bad, real world,' we are convinced that the positive attitudes and quality one-on-one experiences found at Touchet go a long ways toward enabling any motivated youngster to find success after leaving high school. We heartily endorse Touchet Schools and encourage anyone interested to 'check out' why many individuals and families just like ours feel so good about the standards, qualities and attitudes so evident at Touchet.
