My oldest daughter has attended this school for four years. All together she has had a pretty good experiance. Not all of the teachers at this particular school have exactly been the best of the best but the third grade teacher has proven herself to be the dream teacher a very loving and supportive teacher!!! Test scores on the majority of students prove that the curriculum is acceptable but when compaed to other area schools the children have far fewer opportunities and far less educational help!!!

Easton has a small school feel in a large town. The best thing about Easton is that there is only one class per grade and the children are in a class with the same children for 5 years. This gives them plenty of time to forge strong relationships with their peers. They then go to the much larger Cheat Lake Middle School. The kids from Easton stick together. The drawback to one class per grade is that you have no choice of teacher. If a particular teacher does not mesh with your child's style of learning, you don't really have another option. The teachers are good for the most part (the upper grades are stronger than the lower). The teachers know ALL the children by name. There are very few discipline problems. There is not much to challenge the upper few %. The facilities are lacking. Overall, it is a good little school.
