Excellent School! Caring and compassionate teachers with beautiful classrooms and materials have given my boys (age 6 and 11) an amazing education. They love to learn! Heartland has guided them to become very independent and self assured -- real leaders. They are 'big picture' thinkers, are gracious and thoughtful. You have to come and observe in a classroom for an hour to understand how and why it is so amazing and effective. If a parent is looking for a quality education that engages and challenges their child in a loving environment - check out Heartland! For our family, it was important to start our boys out with a firm educational foundation. Montessori teaches how to learn and supports the natural curiosity that children have. It is something they will take with them their whole life. Tuition is very reasonable compared to similar schools in the Twin Cities.

My daughter has been a student for 2 years and my son will soon be starting at Heartland as well. I have been amazed and overjoyed at the progress my daughter has shown in her educational and emotional growth and development. It is a wonderful environment that promotes learning, inclusiveness and acceptance. It is a classic Montessori environment with wonderful teachers and staff. The parent network and community support has bee an extra bonus.
