My son with multiple disabilities attended James Duckworth for two years before being transferred. The helped him strive in so many ways and I just can't thank them enough

My autistic daughter has attended Duckworth since she was six years old. The school has very loving and dedicated teachers. I'm a little biased against the current principal, but her employees support her fully. The highlight of Duckworth is their Special Olympics Challenge Day. The community and parental involvement is tremendous! In addition, their dedication to maintaining a workable IEP for severely challenged children is quite evident. Overall, Duckworth is a good start for a child's journey to independence.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
