The principal, staff and teachers always put the best interest of the students as the highest priority. Great communication between the parents and faculty. Tutoring and homework help is available every week. The AVID program teaches children how to become the best they can be.

Clearlake is a great school...there are no lockers...except in locker room but instead of students carry around books, books are in the classrooms and a set is brought home. you get 3 minutes to get from class to class. to prepare for FCAT there are reading sessions for students who want help. In this school year of 2008-2009, there will be NO summer school. Cafeteria food is good...big variety

Nothing like an 'inner city' school, just very diverse. This is a good thing being that it is the year 2007! By the way the students are given their own books to take home; teachers are great, Great School!

Like an inner city school, but small town, only has 7th & 8th grades, not located in the best part of town, many socieconomical variances, many ethenic groups represented, the advanced and honors class population kept seperate from the regular class population, good traditional middle school programs academically and extracurricular, sports include boys and girls track and basketball and cheerleading, band and orchestra, science research class, weekly reading periods, vocabulary outreach, social dances, talent show, parent newsletter, fantastic principal-great educator and role model, helpful to kids and parents, Clearlake has been an 'A' school ever since he took over, older school, some remodeling taking place after hurricane damamge to councelor area, has a gym and track area-track needs some up keep work-maintained by Brevard County, Cocoa High School Area, as any school-could use more parent involvement, good amount of kids maintaining 3.0 and above GPA.
