Soda Springs Joint District

In Idaho your child can attend any school in the district (called intradistrict choice) or outside the district (called interdistrict choice), provided that there is space and the receiving district agrees to accept the student. Students can also attend charter schools. Under the federal No Child Left Behind law, students attending a Title I school designated as "in need of improvement" have the right to attend a higher performing school in the district.
