Over promise and under deliver. Leadership treats cadets unfairly by picking and choosing who they will punish and reward. Lack of organization and consistancy. In appropriate language is used by staff on a daily basis. The school has had to answer on accusations of bias and prejudice . Our child is now seeking leadership enrichment elsewhere
